Our Referral Bonus program allows eligible participants to receive anywhere for referring new business opportunities and/or new consultants to Essa Global Solutions . To take advantage of this incredible opportunity, you must meet the following eligibility guidelines to earn your referral bonus.
For those referring new business opportunities
- A consultant must be placed on the referred assignment for a minimum of 90 calendar days before the referral bonus is paid.
- Essa Global Solutions Corporate management will determine the referral bonus amount based upon the required skill set and the assignment's length.
- After a consultant has been placed on the referred assignment for a minimum of 90 calendar days, the referrer will then receive the referral bonus.
For those referring new candidates
- Essa Global Solutions Corporate management will determine the referral bonus amount based upon the candidate's qualifications and experience.
- The referred consultant must be placed on an assignment for a minimum of 90 calendar days before the referral bonus is paid.
- After the consultant has been placed on assignment for a minimum of 90 calendar days, the referrer will then receive the referral bonus.
Essa Global Solutions management has the right to approve or reject all referrals. Referral bonuses are subject to all appropriate federal and state taxes.
